WELCOME — I’M ELIZABETH ELLIOTT

I’m a regression and hypnotherapy practitioner currently completing my professional certification. I am also someone who has navigated my own inner landscapes many times over. I know what it feels like to live with patterns you can’t seem to move through, wounds that linger, and stories that feel heavier than they should.

And I know what it feels like to finally step into freedom.

My work is rooted in one simple truth:
You were never lost — you were simply waiting to remember.

I created True North Regression Therapy as a space where people can return to their own inner wisdom with gentleness, clarity, and a sense of deep safety.

My path to this work was shaped by my own search for healing.

For much of my life, I searched for answers through traditional approaches. I spent years working with doctors and therapists and participated in cognitive behavioral therapy for a long time. While these experiences offered insight, I often felt that something deeper remained untouched.

Despite the time, effort, and resources I had invested, I still carried a sense that the root of what I was experiencing had not yet been reached.

Eventually, a friend suggested that I see someone who practiced hypnotherapy and regression work. I decided to give it a try, not fully knowing what to expect.

What followed was an experience that profoundly shifted my life. For the first time, I felt something truly shift.

Through a series of sessions, I experienced a level of emotional release and understanding that I had never encountered before. It felt as though I had been carrying a heavy weight for years without realizing how much effort it required. In one moment, it was simply set down.

That experience changed the way I understood the mind, emotions, and the deeper patterns we carry.

Over time, I continued working with these practices and began to see how powerful it can be when we gently access the subconscious and reconnect with the deeper parts of ourselves. Through this work, I discovered something I now believe deeply: each of us carries an inner healer.

Sometimes that inner wisdom simply needs the right space to be heard.

Eventually I realized that supporting others in reconnecting with that part of themselves was something that filled me with a profound sense of purpose.
